At KLAYVA, we take great care in delivering handcrafted ceramic and clay products safely to your doorstep. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we have outlined the following return and refund guidelines.

24-Hour Notification

You must report any issues, damages, or return requests within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original protective packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

Guaranteed Delivery Protection

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we take full responsibility and will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label before opening.
  • The damage must be visible in the same video.

Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.

โ€œChange of Mindโ€ Returns

If the product has no defects and you wish to return it:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping and COD handling charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The product must be securely packaged for return.

If the returned item is received damaged due to improper packaging, refund eligibility may be affected.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow standard banking days for the amount to reflect.

Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as โ€œSaleโ€ or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

COD Orders

COD orders are subject to the same 24-hour inspection policy.

For approved COD returns:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
