Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, shipping address — when you register, place an order, or apply to sell on KLAYVA. Artisans additionally provide KYC documents and bank details for payout purposes, which are encrypted at rest.

How We Use It

To process orders, verify artisan applications, communicate order and account updates, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.

This is placeholder policy text and must be reviewed by KLAYVA's legal counsel before go-live.
