Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each item is handcrafted or fulfilled directly by its artisan studio; processing typically takes 2-5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via our partner logistics providers across India. Delivery timelines vary by artisan location and destination, typically 4-10 business days.

Multi-Artisan Orders

An order containing products from more than one artisan studio may arrive in separate shipments, each independently trackable from your account.
